Accor, Shangri-la, Tao Group, to name a few, have successfully worked in developing concepts with Gilles and Pierre.
In the past 10 years, they also have also worked closely with the Bordeaux wine region to promote theirs products on the American market.
During the 2020 pandemic they decided it was time for them to gather their expertise under one concept and one brand. After realizing the upcoming coffee trend was very close to the wine experiences’ they had managed for the past 10 years, the T.O.C. concept was born.
